NEVER use any of my drawings in any kind of AI and don't create any NFT of any of my arts. This includes any AI filter "for fun".

You MUST credit me ALWAYS. DO NOT take credits for it saying that you made it.

Do not print, re-sell my art or use for commercial purposes, all my creations are protected under copyright law.

You can't use commissions from other people as your profile picture if you don't have permission of the original owner of the character to do so. This doesn't apply if the commission is from a media character.

You can only trace my drawings for STUDYING purposes. Do NOT post the traced art withouth my permission tho.

I have my own personal life outside the internet. I'm not home during fridays and weekends, that's why I'm offline during these days. Sometimes I have to face and fix some personal stuff. I normally don't pass my TAT, but if something happens, I'll contact you explaining the problem.

About changes in the drawing, here's a list that might help you:
★ For the sketch phase: l normally don't charge extra for this phase, althrough I'll charge for a new sketch if you ask for SO MANY changes that the drawing might become a new one.
★ For the line phase: $5 each change
★ For the color phase: $8 each change
★ For the shading phase: $12 each change
★ For the full render phase: $25 each change

If you don't have permission to do so, you can't buy a sketch and paint it yourself or pay any other artist to do it, if you want a painted drawing you have to pay.

I don't give permissions to the buyer of the art edit the drawing by itself. If you want changes, tell me and I'll do it, the "no limits" for the sketch phase is for you to be satisfied with the drawing so this doesn't happen.

Do not resell for a higher price than you bought if it doesn't have any extra art.

Do not claim the design as yours.

Do not resell/trade if you don't have the design for at least 2 weeks. Gifts are completely fine tho.

If you trade/resell/gift one of my designs with someone that doesn't have a TH account, DON'T DELETE THE CHARACTER FROM THE SITE! In case they create a account there, it will be easier to just transfer to them intead of creating a new profile there. If you want, you can transfer the characther back to me and I'll handle it.

It's STRICTLY PROHIBITED to gift/sell/trade/whatever one of my designs for someone who's black-listed.

I have my right to take back one of my designs if: you're using it to spread hate speech (such as LGBTQ+ phobia, racism, etc); Someone who's blacklisted and still have my design when they were already been warned and somehow still get more of them (in case that happens I'll take all of my designs this person owns back to me); Someone who's blacklisted and even if it doesn't take any of my recent designs but still breaks my rules.

If I gave you a character that isn't my creation, my TOS doesn't apply! My TOS just work for my own designs.
