First of all, don't make any of my drawings a NFT or use it on any kind of AI, this include any kind of "filters for fun".

You MUST credit me! If you're using it in your profile picture, credit me in the description. If you're using it on a site that doesn't have a description, comment using a link for one of my social medias, you can even link my Carrd, but you have to credit me somehow.

Do not print, re-sell my art, use for commercial purposes or say that you drew it, all my creations are protected under copyright law.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution will be met with the appropriate legal action.

Yes! You can use fanarts I drew, commissions that you bought of your characters as your profile picture, banner or whatever, just don't use any commissions or drawings you don't bought or owe.

DO NOT trace any of my drawing without permission.

Have in mind that I have my own life outside the internet; sometimes I may take more time than promised, but in this case I'll message you. Feel free to send any message to me asking about the comissions; you can also ask abou how many wips as you want.

Please, do not come to charge me of the drawing every single minute. If something happen, I'll contact you.

I do not give refunds when I already started the drawing.

You don't have a limit of changes in the sketch, you can ask for as many changes you want. Unless it's a big change (like changing the entire pose) you'll have to pay for the original price of the sketch version (if you bought a fullbody, no matter the kind of painting you'll have to pay $60, if it was a halfbody, then you'll pay $30 etc). If you want to change anything when I already started the lineart/painting you'll have to pay a additional of $5 per change. If you want to change anything when the commission is already done, you'll have to pay $20 per change.

No, you don't have permission to buy a sketch commission and paint it yourself or commission any other artist to do it, if you want a painted drawing you have to pay.

I don't give permissions to the buyer of the art edit the drawing by itself (if you want changes, tell me and I'll do it).

Do not resell for a higher price than you bought if it doesn't have any personal art/bought commission

Do not claim the design as yours

Do not resell/trade or whatever if you don't have the design for at least 2 weeks. Gifts are completely fine tho

If you trade/resell/gift one of my designs with someone that doesn't have a TH account, DON'T DELETE THE CHARACTER FROM THE SITE! You can send me a note and transfer back the design for me so I can give the character when this person create a TH account or if they resell for someone that does have a account there. You can do it by yourself too, just warn me beforehand

It's STRICTLY PROHIBITED to gift/sell/trade/whatever one of my designs for someone who's black-listed.

I have my right to take back one of my designs if: you're using it to spread hate speech (such as LGBTQ+ phobia, racism, etc); Someone who's blacklisted and still have my design when they were already been warned and somehow still get more of them (in case that happens I'll take all of my designs this person owns back to me); Someone who's blacklisted and even if it doesn't take any of my recent designs but still breaks my rules.

If I gave you a character that isn't my creation, my TOS doesn't apply! My TOS just work for my own designs.
